Privacy policy

Calisto Herbals ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number and delivery address when you create an account or place an order; refund details (UPI ID / bank account) only if you request a refund on a COD order.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, send order updates and respond to queries. We share delivery details only with our courier partners, and payment is handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI PIN.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and remember your cart.
